Q: How do I become a vendor with ASN?
A: Vendors interested in participating in future ASN events should fill out our Vendor List Form. Our team will review submissions and select vendors that are a good fit for ASN events.

Q: What happens if I am approved as an ASN vendor?
A: Approved vendors will be added to the ASN Vendor Email List. This email list is how we will send out notifications about upcoming markets, vendor opportunities, important announcements, and other vending information.

Q: How do I purchase a table for an event?
A: When vendor tables become available for an upcoming event, approved ASN vendors will receive an email with event information and a link to purchase a vendor table. Vendors are responsible for purchasing their own table for each event. A vendor space is not secured until the required table purchase has been completed.

Q: How much does a vendor table cost?
A: Vendor table pricing depends on the event, venue, available space, and other event-specific factors. Pricing may vary from market to market. The table price and what is included with the vendor space will be provided before tables go on sale.

Q: Are vendor table purchases refundable?
A: No. All vendor table sales are final. Once a table has been purchased, no refunds will be issued. Vendors should make sure they are able to attend the event and have reviewed all applicable vendor rules before purchasing a table. By purchasing a vendor table, you acknowledge and agree to ASN’s vendor policies and understand that your purchase is non-refundable.

Q: Can I split a vendor table with another vendor?
A: Yes, when permitted for that event. However, vendors are responsible for coordinating any table-sharing arrangements themselves. ASN is not responsible for finding another vendor for you to split a table with, collecting another vendor’s portion of the payment, or managing payment arrangements between vendors. The vendor purchasing the table is responsible for making sure everyone sharing the space follows ASN’s vendor policies.

Q: Does filling out the Vendor List Form guarantee that I will be approved?
A: No. Filling out the form does not automatically guarantee approval. Our vendor team reviews submissions before adding vendors to the approved ASN Vendor Email List.

Q: How does ASN select vendors?
A: Our vendor team reviews vendors based on several factors, including the products being sold, vendor variety, available space, and the needs of our events. We try to create a diverse vendor lineup and avoid having too many vendors selling very similar products whenever possible.

Q: How will I know if I have been approved?
A: Selected vendors will be notified by email and added to the ASN Vendor Email List. Please make sure the email address you submit is correct and remember to check your spam or junk folder in case an ASN email is filtered.

Q: Does being an approved ASN vendor guarantee me a spot at every event?
A: No. Being approved means you will receive vendor opportunities and table purchase links through our email list. Tables for individual events are subject to availability and may sell out.

Q: Does ASN allow AI-generated artwork?
A: No. AI-generated artwork is not permitted at ASN markets. This includes artwork, prints, merchandise, designs, or other creative products that are generated entirely or substantially through generative AI tools. ASN reserves the right to review vendors if we have reason to believe that AI-generated artwork is being displayed or sold. If a vendor is found to be selling or displaying AI-generated artwork, they may be removed from the event and banned from participating in future ASN markets. If a vendor has already purchased a table and is later removed for violating ASN’s AI art policy, they will not receive a refund. The purchase remains subject to our all-sales-final policy. This policy also applies if the violation is discovered during the event. Removal from the market for violating ASN’s AI art policy does not entitle the vendor to reimbursement for their table purchase or other expenses. By vending with ASN, vendors agree to follow this policy and ensure that all artwork and merchandise brought to our events comply with our rules.

Q: Do previous ASN vendors need to fill out the form?
A: Previous vendors may already be included in our vendor network, but we recommend filling out the Vendor List Form if you want to make sure you receive information about future opportunities.

Q: What types of ASN events can vendors be notified about?
A: Approved vendors may receive information about upcoming ASN anime markets, holiday markets, pop-up markets, conventions, and other vendor opportunities.
