How to Apply to Be an ASN Vendor

Step 1: Fill Out the Vendor Interest Form
Start by submitting the ASN Vendor Interest Form with your business information, type of products youn sell, and the email address you want us to use for vendor communications. You only need to do this once.

Step 2: ASN Reviews Your Application
The ASN team will review vendor submissions and determine which vendors are approved. Approved vendors will be added to the ASN Vendor Email List.

Step 3: Watch Your Email
If you are approved and added to the vendor email list, you will receive vendor updates using the email address you provided on the form. Be sure to check your spam and junk folders so you do not miss any ASN vendor emails.

Step 4: Look for the Vendor Table Announcement
Before vendor tables officially go on sale, approved vendors will receive an announcement email letting them know when tables will go live. This email will usually be sent several days before the table sale opens so vendors have time to prepare.

Step 5: Purchase Your Vendor Table
On the day vendor tables go live, approved vendors will receive another email containing the link to purchase a table. Use the link to select and purchase the vendor table you want, subject to availability. Purchasing a table is the vendor’s responsibility, and receiving access to the vendor email list does not guarantee that a table will still be available when you attempt to purchase one.

Step 6: Final Vendor Review
After tables are purchased, ASN may review participating vendors again to confirm that they continue to meet our vendor policies. This includes reviewing vendors for compliance with our AI Art Policy.

Important Vendor Policies

ASN reserves the right to approve or deny any vendor at its discretion.

AI-generated artwork is not allowed at ASN events. Vendors found to be selling, displaying, or otherwise using prohibited AI-generated artwork may be removed from the event and receive a full ban from vending at future ASN events. If a vendor has already purchased a table and is removed or banned for violating the AI Art Policy, no refund will be issued.

All vendor table sales are final and non-refundable.

By applying to vend with ASN and purchasing a vendor table, vendors agree to follow all ASN vendor rules and policies.
